Burn Card Maker is a portable software for creating bootable SD cards for Android boxes. The utility is free and available in English and Chinese. It has the following features:

  • Create partitions and format
  • Delete the bootloader
  • Restart
  • Deleting images

The program is relatively easy to use. You must have an image file containing the operating system to be installed on the internal storage of the box.

Then select your SD card from the list of removable devices detected by the software.

Check all boxes to enable formatting, deletion of already burned images, bootloader, etc.

Select the operating system image (.img file). All you have to do is to start copying the image to the SD card by clicking on “Make”.
